You must be 18 or older. One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your password and recovery code safe — anyone with both can take the account, and we can't recover it by email.

• Kredits (§) are an in-world currency. They have no cash value, are not money, a deposit or an investment, and can't be withdrawn, sold back to us or exchanged for ETH or anything else outside Vaybox.
• Everything in the city — plots, floors, furniture, clothes, ads, tables, VIP passes, Status — is a licence to use a virtual item inside Vaybox, not ownership of anything in the real world.
• Prices, rates and rewards can change. In-world values (like a plot's value) are game numbers, not a promise of any return.

• Kredits are bought with ETH sent to the address shown at checkout. Send the exact amount quoted before it expires.
• Blockchain payments can't be reversed. Top-ups are final and non-refundable except where the law requires. We're not responsible for payments sent to the wrong address, the wrong network or after a quote expired.

Casino games are played only with Kredits and pay out only Kredits, which have no cash value. You can set your own daily cap (changeable once a day; lowering it always works) and take a break at any time. Don't play if it stops being fun.

Plot pages, building names, chat, board messages, wall tags, ads and logos you post must be yours to use and must not be illegal, hateful, sexual, harassing or misleading. You give us permission to show them in Vaybox and on our channels. We can remove anything at any time.

• No cheating, bots, exploiting bugs, multi-accounting, scams, real-money trading of accounts or items, harassment or impersonating staff.
• In-world "crimes" and the in-world prison are part of the game. Real-world crimes are not: we'll cooperate with authorities where required.
• City Hall can mute, kick, jail, suspend or ban accounts and remove Kredits or items gained by breaking these rules.

Residents and sponsors can link to outside sites. We don't control them — you visit them at your own risk.

Vaybox is provided as is. We'll do our best to keep it running, but we can change, pause or end features, the economy or the service. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or the loss of virtual items or Kredits.

How we handle your data, including the sign-in IP address and country we log for security, is in our Privacy Policy.
